Production Supervisor

Urgent requirement for the services of “Production Supervisors” for an OIL & GAS Company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE for an initial period of 36 calendar months, commencing as soon as possible and capable of extension for further period(s) thereafter if operationally necessary.

The Supervisors providing the services are to be based on Offshore and will operate 28/28 work/leave cycle.

Main Dutie and Responsibilities:
+ To direct, control and supervise the activities of assigned personnel involved in operating the oil and gas cluster production facilities, including starting up / shutting down the gas and oil treatment units and gas production wells, first line maintenance etc.
+To supervise, monitor, control and co-ordinate the operation of production facilities on Oil and Gas production targets are met in terms of quality and quantity.
+To co-ordinate the routine maintenance activities & follow up material requisitions, and chemicals supply.

Minimum Requirements:

a - Completion of secondary school education followed by two years formal training leading to a technical diploma.
b - 4-5 years experience in a refinery, chemical plant or offshore production plant operations including experience of DCS operation.
