You will be working in "Centralized State of Art" 24x7 Data & Telecom centre serving the MENA region for all aspects including day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, and further development of all components of The Corporate Communication Network and related periperals.
The scope includes leading team of professional to support the entire LAN/WAN & telephony infrastructure of the organization, and may also include occasional overseas travel.
DESIRED SKILL:
+ Expert hand on knowledge of installing, configuring, and administering CISCO firewall, routers, switches, and others networking devices.
+ Familiar with deployment of OSPF, VPN, QoS, and others advanced protocols using leased line, IPLC, MPLS, ADSL, Microwave & satellite based circuits.
+ Expert knowledge of large scale PABX implementation-Nortel, Alcatel, Avaya, etc
+ Working knowledge of IP Telephony/VoIP and its integration with backend systems
+ Exposure to IVR & Contact centre applications deployment
+ Excelent analytical, problem solving & decesion making skills
EXPERIENCE:
+ At least 5-7 years experience working on global communications network
+ Data and voice 24x7 environtment
+ Good exposure to Centralized Call Centre operations
+ Proven team leader with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
+ CISCO/Nortel certifications would be definite plus
