ADVANCED PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER
Location : Qatar
Key Job Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain advanced control (RMPcT) strategies independently, inferential calculations. Tune Advanced control loops. Create and maintain documentation. Identify and resolve control problems. Participate in projects requiring instrumentation upgrades or replacement. Work closely with operators to train them on the advanced process control system. Providing day-to-day process control support and troubleshooting for APC controls.
Min requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engg with min 8 yrs multivariable Control (like RMPcT) / Process Engineering experience in a LNG or Gasification facility. LNG or Gasification process knowledge, chemistry, thermodynamics. Formalized training/experience with process control systems including Foxboro/ Delta V System and multivariable control/optimization technologies like RMPcT, PHD. Independently responsible for Configuration and performance monitoring of APC Systems. Exp with APC Monitoring soft wares like Profit Expert is added advantage.
