Oman Air - WELFARE OFFICER

Job Requirements:
+ High school certificate with 5 years experience in a related industry / Graduate with 2 years work experience in a related industry Airline, Hospitality, Tourism or Social work.
+ Preference will be given to those who have specific experience in counseling and/or welfare role along with 1 year experience in an Employee Assistance Program.
+ Monitor flight attendants and guide them to technical and personal affairs.
+ Assist SCCO in completing cabin crew appraisals.
+ Coordinate with training and rostering regarding cabin crew training formalities.
+ Motivate cabin crew in order to maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
+ Participate in female cabin crew recruitment if and when required.
+ Ensure that the welfare is maintained of the cabin crew and assist in solving any grievances.
