Providing technical support at our key customers site, you will diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system faults. Advising and guiding customers is an important part of your role, so you should have good communication skills, plus the ability to work as part of a busy team.
Your technical experience will include Windows operating systems; Unix; MPEG over IP and/or DVB principles, along with network configuration (CISCO switches, config/VLAN architecture and Multitasking).
