Salary: AED: 30,000

A leading Property Developers required Professional accountancy qualification, CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent. At least 10 years post qualification commercial experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial Preferably have experience of property management, real estate development or construction sectors. He would be responsible for manage the day to day operations of the finance functions of Shopping Malls in the UAE and overseas at group and property level. Contribute to the development of group and property specific financial plans and participate in analysis and management decisions.
