Our client a leading Oil & Gas company is seeking to recruit a talented professional for the above position
Min Qualification: Candidates within the age group of 35-55 yrs, with a bachelors degree preferably in Business administration or HR, with excellent standard of written and spoken English language and good interpersonal skills.
Role: Supervise and direct the preparation of the company's 5-years UAE national's forward movement plan , initiate and coordinate with Line Managers concerned, the preparation and compilation of competency Development program for Non- Technical programs and assist in understanding the development procedures and policies. Meet and advise the Developees in HQ on daily basis.
Prepare reports, presentations etc and advise Heads/Managers on career development path for UAE nationals.
