Min Requirements: B.SC graduate or equivalent with SVQ/NVQ Accreditations on Assessment/Verification. Excellent standard of English communication, along with 5 yrs of experience in an oil & gas industry in the same role. Computer literacy is a must.
Role: Assist in the development and training of the Developees. The successful candidate will assist in the training and development of Engineers, Technicians, Operators undergoing a comprehensive and structured competency development programme. These competency development programmes are based on the company CAMS (Competence Assurance Management System) and CAS (Competence Assurance System)
