Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering/Science or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE matters in an Oil/Gas or Petrochemical Plant. Successful candidate would be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety environmental and loss control program and procedures in the plant. Participating in HAZOPS, HAZIDS, TRAs, JAS, QRA, PMP projects and other hazarded study techniques. Well exposed to permit to work system and practices.
