ORGANIZATION & PLANNING GROUP LEADER:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Human Resource Information Systems, Organizational Development, Competencies, Benchmarking, HR Projects, Employee Performance Appriasal and Manpower Studies. He will be supporting the management in Organizational Development by benchmarking Qafco’s processes & structures against comparable organizations. He will initiate, lead and facilitate HR improvement Projects. He will also be representing Qafco at local and regional HR forums studies. He is required to co-ordinate the implementation and continuous development of HR Information Systems and lead improvement teams. Should initiate, lead and facilitate HR Projects with the aim of streamlining HR processes through the exploration and introduction of new Competency based HR systems. Should also prepare, update and compile training materials and deliver in-house training on Performance Management to new employees and ensure that all employees are fully aware of the performance appraisal techniques.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration from a recognized University. 10 years of direct and relevant experience in Human Resources function within an oil/gas or petrochemical industry. Should have specialized training in Organization Development, Competencies, Performance Management and HR Information Systems.
